3. General Guidelines

Refer to the Velleman
manual.
•
This device is designed for professional use on stage, in discos, theatres... The
MICW81 should only be used indoors with the included adaptor or with one having
the same rating, connected to a 230 V~, 50 Hz (max.) power source.
•
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the
device.
•
Select a location where the device is protected against extreme heat, dust and
moisture.
•
Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Any
damage that may occur will most probably be due to unprofessional use of the
device.
•
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
•
Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised
way will void the warranty.
•
Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.
•
Make sure never to operate or transport the device outside the specified
temperature range (see Technical specifications).
•
Keep this manual for future reference.
