• Maintenance for this device is not necessary. Take care, that the active area and the "free zone" are clear
of deposits
• It is not possible to repair the device. If you have got problems, please contact directly your customer
service.
• Please dispose of the device in a way that is environmentally friendly according to the national regulations
Cause and remedy
Supply voltage is missing
BE-Cable is not connected (correctly)
Please check the connection to the container and
the amplifier
- The probe is mounted too close to the container wall
Please make sure, that the min. distance and the
inactive zones are observed
- The assignment of the colour markings (white /
black) are interchanged
Please make sure, that the assignment is
according to the labeling on the board
Change-over switch „output" is in the wrong position
Different types / states of the product (different DC)
at the reference and the measuring range (e.g.
liquid / solid)
The holder is mounted within the reference or
measuring range
The holder can only be mounted in the provided
range (IBH)
Adjustment failed. Please adjust the probe again.
