ATTACH LOWER & UPPER HANDLE
1. Take out the folded mower from the outer box.
2. Lock the foldable handle between the upper tube and lower tube.
3. Turn the lower tube to an angle that matches the base and tighten the knobs.

4. Lock the cable to the lower tube using cable clip.
