Control with DVR TV8900-03
Enter the MAIN MENU of the recorder by pressing MENU button.
Go to EXTERNAL DEVICE – PANTILT SETUP – COMMAND SETUP to do necessary settings:
1. CHANNEL
Select the camera of Eytron Recorder input where your camera is connected. It is not
stringent required that the video cable of the camera is connected to recorder. Only a
RS485 connection is required.
The configuration here will be linked to the corresponding channel buttons.
2. MODE
Select the protocol here. Please choose TBT here
3. PTZ ID
Select the ID of the Camera you want to control (refer to page 78)
It is advisable when camera ID and channel number are the same for better usability
4. BAUDRATE
Select the Baud Rate you have set in the camera (refer to page 80)
5. CMD DELAY
Please select 1 ms here. Other values will also work in most cases.
The domes can be controlled after correct configuration as following:
Press the channel button of the camera you want to control.
Press PTZ button once to control the camera e.g. with direction buttons.
Press PTZ button twice and MENU button to enter menu of the camera. The OSD menu
will be shown on monitor. Use direction buttons to navigate in the menu.
