WARNING
Never overfill a cooking pot with water. Follow instructions in this manual
for establishing proper water level.
When using a pot without a maximum fill line:
1. Place food into the pot.
2. Fill the pot with water until food is completely submerged. There must be
a minimum of 3 ⁄ " (8 CM) between the water level and top of the pot.

3. Remove food from the pot and either mark the water level on the side
of the pot or measure the amount of water in the pot.
4. Remove the water and completely dry the pot and the food.
5. This is the amount of cooking water needed in the pot to cook the food.
