Where the arrow is shown above,
gently lift the tail of the main
frame with your hand. The host
will automatically fold to the
appropriate location.
As we unfold, use your kick to
press the cylinder switch and press
the arrow at the end of the main
frame with your hand, while the
main rack of the treadmill slowly
descends to the ground.
