Step 1: Extending the framework
1.Take the treadmill out of the box and lay it flat on the ground.
2.Slowly stand up the machine at the direction of the arrow, as shown in the figure below.
Step 2. Main frame assembly
Fasten the left and right columns to the main frame with screws shown in the figure below.
Screw A M8 * 45 and Flat Washer B are tightened by the tool kit M5 wrench.
