Control panel (Pic.3 - Section 8)
The temperature inside the appliance can be adjusted (all models) by means of the buttons on the
digital control unit. Refer to section 5 (Installation and operation of the appliance) for information
on setting the temperature and programming the digital control unit.
Support racks
The height of the racks can be freely adjusted. Proceed as follows to modify the height:
Remove the rack;
Remove the 2 grid front support hooks and place them in the new position;
Place the rack back in the desired position.
Condensation water collector tray
It supplied with the appliance it has the purpose of collecting the condensation water that forms inside
the refrigerated compartment, and that flows out through the drain hole. Before using the appliance,
make sure that the tray is positioned in its housing (ref. Fig.1 - Section 8) and if not, place it correctly.
2.5 Included accessories
The appliance comes standard equipped with the following accessories:
9 steel shelves for bottles with a capacity of 9 bottles each.
2.6 Protection devices present on the appliance
The appliance is equipped with the following safety protection devices:
Protective grille for the technical compartment fans which prevents the users from touching
moving parts during normal operation of the appliance.
It is strictly forbidden to remove, modify or deactivate any safety /protection device
on the appliance. It is also forbidden to remove or damage any safety labels.
3. Safety and hygiene instructions
This section summaries the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The in-
dividual sections also contain important safety related information (with relative symbols), in order
to prevent the occurrence of hazards. Users must comply with the information given on the picto-
grams, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure that they remain legible.
Compliance with all the safety related instructions guarantees optimum protection and perfor-
mance of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
The instructions concerning workplace safety refer to the EU Directives in force at the time of man-
ufacture of the appliance. In consideration of the exclusively professional use of the appliance cov-
ered by this handbook, please note that the user is required, within the limits of technical feasibility,
to maintain the conditions of use provided by the regulations in force in the country of use of the
appliance, at the time which this is used. If the appliance is used outside the European Union, the
local workplace health and safety regulations in force in the location where the appliance is used
must be respected.
