Command description: Saves data or settings in the control module.

Command description: Control command for the transponder reader (e.g. switching
on relay).
Format: <STX><ADR>C<SUBCOMMAND><DATA><CRC><EOT>

Parameter 16bit (P)
Command description: Configuration of the transponder reader with a 16bit parameter.
Bits 8 to 15 are currently not in use, but 16 bits mus alwayst be sent as data.
