TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
The engine does not
work.
In lifting operation, the
motor runs, but there is
no lifting movement.
When pressing the
lowering button,
the lift is not lowering
The two carts are
misaligned, they are
not synchronized
Spilled oil
Cause
The power cable is not plugged
in by the power outlet.
The AC contactor does not
work.
UP button failure
The motor turns reverse.
Lifting with light load works
normally but not with heavy
load.
The amount of hydraulic oil is
not enough.
The descent valve is activated
but does not work.
Parachute valve is blocked
The security tooth is not
released.
The traction force of the two
cables is not synchronized and /
or sufficient.
Outflow of oil from tubes or
fittings
Resolution
Connect the power cable to the power
socket.
If the engine works by forcing the contactor
with an isolation rod, replace the contactor.
Check the button contacts and wire
connections. In case replace it.
Modify the phases of the power cables
The safety pressure set on the overflow
valve can be increased by slightly rotating
the right knob.
The check valve is defective and should be
replaced.
Add hydraulic oil.
Check the plug and the descent valve, check
that the nut is properly sealed, if necessary,
replace.
Pull the safety relief valve out of the oil
supply port at the bottom of the cylinder
and clean the unit.
Proceed first with uphill lifting and then
downhill, in order to release the safety
tooth
Twist the steel wire nut
Screw the pipes and fittings tightly or
replace them
