AIR FILTER MAINTENANCE

CLEAN THE FILTER EVERY 100 HOURS OR EACH SEASON
-Unfasten the screws from the cover of the air filter (12).
-Remove the cover and the complete air filter from the base.
-Remove the complete air filter from the cover
Cartridge maintenance :
a. Clean by tapping gently on a flat surface.
b. If it is very soiled, replace it or wash it in a solution of hot water and non-foaming deter-
gent. Rinse with plenty of running water from the mesh until the water is clear. Air-dry the
cartridge before reusing it.
c. Reassemble the cartridge on the cover.
d. Insert the tappets of the cover into the notches of the base and fasten the screws of the
cover firmly
SETTING THE SPARK PLUG
CLEAN AND SET THE DISTANCE OF THE SPARK PLUG ELECTRODES EVERY 100 HOURS
OF OPERATION (DISTANCE: 0.8 MM)

The spark plug is only cleaned with a scraper or a metal brush plus a clean cloth (replace it
if required)
