9. SECURING THE CART FRONT PANEL
Parts Required:
1 x Cart Front Panel (#35)
4 x Screw (#D)
2 x Screw (#K)
Installation:
• Mount the Cart Front Panel to each Front Support Leg using two
screws (D) in each Support Leg. Ensure the flat surface of the Front
Cart Panel is facing outwards.
• Next, secure the Cart Front Panel to the Main Barrel using two screws
(K). Install screws from the inside of the Main Barrel through the pre-
drilled holes.
10. COMPLETING THE CART INSTALLATION
Parts Required:
2 x Screw (#A)
2 x Locking Washer (#C)
2 x Washer (#B)
Installation:
• Secure the Bottom Shelf to each Front Support Leg by using two
screws, locking washers, and washers.
• Prepare the unit to turn upright by first locking the Caster Wheels. Using
a second person, carefully lift the grill into an upright position.
IMPORTANT: Re-tighten the Support Leg screws to ensure they are
completely secure after positioning the grill upright.
11. SECURING THE LID STOPPERS
Parts Required:
2 x Lid Stopper (#11)
Installation:
• Remove the preinstalled hardware from the top of each Main Barrel.
Secure each Lid Stopper onto the top of each Main Barrel using the
screws, locking washers, and washers.
