HOW TO CORRECT PROBLEMS IN THE MACHINE
PROBLEM
The machine will not run.

CAUSE
1. Machine does not have power...
1. Solution control dial in wrong position...
2. Accessory switch in wrong position...
3. The solution tank is empty.
4. There is an obstruction in the solution
hose or filter.
5. Solenoid is defective.
6. Pump is defective.
1. Vacuum motor may not be running...

be defective.

ACTION
1. Make sure the machine is connected to
the correct frequency and voltage, and
all connections are tight.
1. Turn dial to position for more flow.
2. Change to desired position.
3. Fill the solution tank.
4. Remove the obstruction from the hose or
filter.
5. Contact an authorized service person.
6. Contact an authorized service person.
1. Be sure the vacuum/accessory switch for
the vacuum motor is at the "I" position.
2. Contact an authorized service person.

4. Remove the obstruction.
5. Replace the motor brushes.
6. Close the drain valve.
7. Replace the gasket.
8. Replace the hose.
9. Remove and clean lint screen on vacuum
stand pipe.
1. Turn the switch to "I".

1. Replace the gaskets.
2. Clean or replace the drain valve.

3. Clean or replace the nozzle.
