1. Screw out the dipstick and press in filler pipe.
2. Screw out dipstick again.
Fill up with gasoline
The fuel tank cap is found on the gasoline tank
and is identified with the symbol "Zapfsäule"
(gas pump).
1. Take off fuel tank cap.
2. Fill tank up to the lower brink of the filler pipe. Do not
overfill!

Oil recommendations
Motor oil is a critical factor for the motor's
performance and life expectancy. Use a motor oil
that satisfies the requirements API service class SJ
(equals or exceeds).
Examine the API service label on the oil container so
that you are assured that it contains the letters SJ,
their equivalent or higher.
SAE 10W-30 is recommended for general use. The
recommended operating temperature range for this
motor is from -15°C to 40°C.
Oil level check (Illustration B)
Check motor oil status while motor is stopped and
standing horizontally.
1. Remove the oil-filling pipe/dipstick and wipe clean.
2. Insert the dipstick into the oil-filling pipe, without turning
it, and take out again.
3. If the oil level lies near to or underneath the lower
fill-mark on the dipstick, fill the recommended oil to the
upper limit mark.
4. Fit in the oil-filling pipe/dipstick again.
Lower oil levels can result in motor damage.
Fuel recommendations
Use clean, fresh, lead-free normal gasoline with
„
a minimum octane rating of 87.
Buy fuel in amounts that can be used within 30
„
days (see storage).
Do not use gasoline containing methanol.

Do not mix gasolline with oil.
