While operating the lawnmower you observe certain
precautions and procedures of use in order to avoid
accidents, damage and increase the efficiency of the
lawnmower:
• Ensure that you start the lawnmower at a distance of
more than 3m from the fuelling location;
• Always hold the lawnmower with both hands;
• When the lawnmower is operating at idle speed, the
blade is not rotating. If not, contact service enter to carry
out an inspection and solve the problem;
• If you hear an unusual noise or the lawnmower vibrates
abnormally, stop work and identify the cause;
• Never operate a damaged lawnmower.
The lawnmower has six adjustable cutting height positions.
The blade can cause serious injury. Stop the engine
before adjusting the cutting height.
1. Pull the lock upwards and place it in the "CLOSED"
position so that the swivel wheels are fixed and only
point forward;
2. Pull the lock upwards and put it in the "OPEN" position,
so that the swivel wheels can rotate, which gives good
manoeuvrability, when mowing around flowerbeds,
trees, etc.
To start the engine, ensure that the spark plug is correctly
fitted and that the machine has enough oil and fuel.
1. Set the lever to the "CHOKE" position;
2. Press the brake lever and pull the recoil starter;
3. As soon as the engine starts, place the lever in the "RUN"
position (if the temperature is low, let the engine warm
up for a few minutes before starting the engine).
To get the lawnmower moving, press the brake lever and
clutch lever simultaneously.
1. First release the clutch lever;
2. Release the brake lever.
The blade continues to spin for a few seconds after
the engine stops. Remove the spark plug cap if the
lawnmower is not being used.
The engine runs on unleaded 95 petrol.
Unsuitable or different fuels may lead to irreversible
damage to the engine. Low-quality petrol can damage the
engine, gaskets, hoses and the fuel tank.
Keep the fuel in bracketer and adequate containers in a
safe, dry, cool place protected from sunlight. Fuel ages, put
only the amount needed for a few weeks. Do not store or
use fuel with more than 30 days.
Shake the jerry can before refuelling.
Pressure may form inside the tank, for this reason it
shall be opened carefully. Avoid direct skin contact
and inhalation of flammable vapours.
When refilling the fuel tank, do not add petrol above the
maximum level of the filler cap.
