6.4.2 Perform pressure measurement for adjusting the system
Necessary equipment:
• Pressure gauge
• Flow rate measuring device with measuring funnel and settling section
• KWL unit characteristic curves for supply air and extract air (included in installation and operating instructions)

• Design calculation
In order to adjust the system, a pressure measurement must be performed to determine the system characteristic curve
and the corresponding operating points.
The flow rate depending on static pressure is specified in the unit characteristic curve.
Operating point: The operating point is the point where the unit characteristic curve intersects the system characteristic curve.
Flow rate: The flow rate which is set in the unit can be read on the horizontal axis.
