MENU 1
REGIONAL MEASUREMENT UNITS.
The Default setting is Metric. This menu is used for adjusting the measurement
units on the water softener. We recommend leaving the settings at Metric to
match the values in this manual. Press the down arrow to continue.
MENU 2
REGENERATION TYPE.
This is set to Meter Delayed by default. We recommend leaving this value at
the default setting. Press the down arrow to continue.
MENU 3
CURRENT DATE.
Press the 'SET' button.
'YE' (Year) will flash. Use the 'UP arrow' and 'DOWN arrow' to adjust the year.
Press the 'SET' button after you have selected the current year.
'MO' (month) will flash. Repeat these steps with 'MO' (Month) and 'DA' (Day)
until the current date is shown correctly. The date will stop flashing when you
have it set.
Press the down arrow to continue.
MENU 4
CURRENT TIME.
Setting the correct time is very important. Using an incorrect time will cause the
water softener to regenerate at the wrong time of the day.
Press the 'SET' button.
Use the 'UP arrow' and 'DOWN arrow' to adjust the hour.
Press the 'SET' button after you have selected the current year.
Repeat this step to set the minutes.
Reset the time after power outages and summertime and wintertime clock
change.
MENU 5
REGENERATION TIME.
Set the time of the day that you would like the unit to perform regeneration.
Press the 'SET' button.
Use the 'UP arrow' and 'DOWN arrow' to adjust the hour.
Press the 'SET' button after you have selected the current year.
Repeat this step to set the minutes.
We recommend using 3am when the water supply is not in use. Reset the
regeneration time after power outages and summertime and wintertime clock
change.
MENU 6
REGENERATION CAPACITY.
Refer to the 'REGENERATION CAPACITY TABLE' on the next page of this
manual to get the correct setting for your household.
Press the 'SET' button.
Use the 'UP arrow' and 'DOWN arrow' to adjust the value.
MENU 7 BACKWASH.
Press the 'SET' button. Use the 'UP arrow' and 'DOWN arrow' to adjust the
value.
