USING AND LIGHTING THE OVEN
WARNING: THE BURNER CONTROL KNOB MUST BE IN THE OFF POSITION
(IN THE WHITE POINT) BEFORE TURNING ON THE LP CYLINDER
VALVE.
WARNING: DO NOT LEAN OVER THE OVEN WHEN LIGHTING. KEEP YOUR FACE
AND BODY AT LEAST 50 CM / 19,6 INCHES FAR FROM THE OVEN
DOOR.
Lighting
1. Turn on the gas tap.
2. To light up the gas, press and turn the knob (a), all the way counterclockwise
(to low flame position) and press the piezoelectric ignition switch (b) UNTILL the oven
lights up. Once the fire is burning, keep the knob (a) pressed for about 15 seconds and
then release.
3. To light up maximum, press the knob (a) and turn it clockwise until the maximum position
(high flame).
4. To turn back to the minimum position (low flame) press and turn the knob (a)
anticlockwise.
5. To switch off the burner, turn the knob (a) to the OFF position (white point) and close
the cylinder tap.

WARNING: IF THE FLAME DOES NOT LIGHT, LEAVE THE KNOB TURNING IT TO
"OFF POSITION" (WHITE POINT). WAIT 3 MINUTES AND TRY AGAIN.
