Before mounting and wiring the KS component system, determine which confi guration you will use for the
speakers.

Coaxial Confi guration
The KS speakers come in a separates confi guration. For coaxial operation, use the following steps to
attach the tweeter.

remove phase plug

great for space-limited applications
or when separate tweeter mounting
is not possible

sonic imaging (with proper tweeter
mounting)

high frequencies may not be as
prominent | tweeter output may
need to be increased at crossover
trickier install | vehicle must have a
good tweeter mounting location
