12V POWER SUPPLY
If the fridge is powered by a 12V supply, the internal temperature cannot be adjusted.
The refrigerator will cool to about 20°C below the external temperature.
230V POWER SUPPLY
The refrigerator temperature can be regulated by adjusting the thermostat knob.
When rotating the knob clockwise, the interior temperature falls, when rotating the knob anti-clockwise, the
temperature rises. The refrigerator automatically changes the revolution number according to the preset
temperature and to the actual inner temperature.
The refrigerator temperature can never rise above the external temperature.
The temperature can be set to a maximum of +10°C (MIN) and a minimum of -15°C (MAX).
Whether the fridge is powered by a 12V or a 230V supply, the thermoelectric cooling system (12V) and the
compressor cooling system (230V) both operate.
When the internal temperature reaches the set value, the compressor temporarily stops running.
Once the temperature rises above the set value, the compressor starts running again to restore the
temperature to the set value.
The 12V system continues running, even after the temperature is reached.
To switch off the fridge, turn the thermostat clockwise to the 0 position after the "MIN" setting.
FILLIN G
Do not put hot food items into the refrigerator. Place the products in such a way as to avoid them hitting
against each other or breaking because of the movement of the vehicle.
Make sure that the lid is always well closed and open it for as short a time as possible.
D E FROS TIN G
Defrosting is needed when the layer of frost is thicker than 4 mm.
To carry out this operation, turn off the refrigerator.
Do not use sharp or cutting tools to remove the layer of frost or ice.
Wait until complete unfreezing and then turn on again.
