Raising the bobbin thread
1. Holdneedlethreadlooselywithlefthand(illustration1).
• Turnhandwheelslowlytowardyou,loweringneedle
intoholeinplate.
2. Continuetodothisuntilneedlerisesaboveneedleplate
(illustration2).
• Pull gently on needle thread and bring up bobbin
... thread in a loop.
3. Open loop with fingers to find end of bobbin thread
(illustration3).
4. Draw needle threadthrough leftsideopeninginpresser
foot(illustration4).
• Pullboththreadstobackofmachine.
