Press the ZERO button.
Hold cuvettes vertically
and add equal drops by
pressing slowly.

Add 6 drops DPD 1 Buffer
Solution to the sample
vial.
Place sample vial in the
sample chamber. Pay
attention to the positioning.
Empty vial.
