6.4. Connection
The headlight is exclusively designed for connection to a direct voltage source of 5 to 48V
( ), e.g. to an e-bike battery. Connection to an AC voltage source (e.g. dynamo) is not permitted!
AC DC
The headlight 1 requires at least 7.5 W nominal power.
Usage of this headlight is only permitted on vehicles that ensure power is still available to supply the
lighting system for at least 2 hours after the battery has been switched off due to discharge.
To connect to an e-bike battery, the internally mounted double cable (black wire = - ,black/white wire =
+) must be used. Do not cut off the cable completely, just shorten it to the required length.
7. Operation
Switching the headlight on and off via the display or the switch on the e-bike (if the system offers this
option). The headlight does not have its own switch.
The integral light/dark sensor automatically switches between the day and night mode.
Day mode: LEDs for daylight function - very bright for best visibility.
Night mode: Maximum light with 150 lux for best range of vision.

and injuries can result.
8. Additional information
Cleaning: Protect your headlight from the effects of high pressure water. For example, never
point a water hose or high-pressure cleaner directly at the headlight.
Transporto: If you transport your bicycle by car in rainy weather, cover the headlight with a
plastic bag, for example, to protect it from moisture.
Radio speedometers: The electronics of radio speedometers and LED headlights can interfere
with each other. Interference can be reduced by keeping the distance between the LED headlight
and the radio speedometer as large as possible, and the shortest possible distance between the
transmitter and receiver of the radio speedometer.
Disposal: Electronic components must not be handled as household waste but are to be disposed
of as hazardous waste.
