The rear section of the spray guard must be in line with
the work piece.
1. Push the spray guard forward or rearward to adjust
the spray guard.
2. Make sure that the spray guard is in the correct
position before you operate the product.
To connect the water supply
CAUTION: Always use water when you
operate the product. Dry cutting causes
overheating.
CAUTION: Use correct water pressure to
keep the diamond chain and segments cool
when you cut. If the water hose comes off at
the supply source, the supplied water
pressure can be too high.
1. Connect the water connector to the water supply.
Technical data on page 23 for the lowest
Refer to
permitted water flow.
2. Turn the water valve on the water connector to open
the water flow.
To sharpen the diamond chain
Diamond chains can become blunt if you use an
incorrect feeding pressure or when you cut materials
such as hard reinforced concrete. If you use a blunt
diamond chain it becomes too hot, which can cause the
diamond segments to come loose.

• Cut into soft material such as sandstone or brick to
sharpen the diamond chain.

To start the product

1. Hold the rear handle with your right hand.
2. Push the power trigger lockout and hold in the power
trigger.
Approved materials
WARNING: Do not make modifications on
the product to cut other materials than
concrete, bricks and different stone
materials. Do not install a wood saw chain
on the product.
This product is made to cut concrete, bricks and
different stone materials. Do not use the product for
other materials. The segments or the diamond chain can
break.
To cut reinforced concrete
• Cut the reinforcement together with as much
concrete as possible. This decreases the wear on
the diamond chain.
