6- USE INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 – Control
-» The electrical control of the concrete mixer is done by the general switch, the machine possesses two buttons, green to start and red to stop.
6.2 - Risks of use
-» Do not insert any part of the body inside the drum.
-» When loading the concrete mixer with a shovel, do not introduce it in the drum
-» Inserting an object in the drum whilst in function may cause serious accidents; for the mixers can grasp the object making it twirl in the
operators' direction.
-» NB - Any use of this equipment besides the purpose for which it has been designed can constitute a threat to the physical integrity of the
operator and to whoever is close by.
6.3 - Aid in case of damage
DAMAGE
The machine does not work
(Electrical Engine)
The wheel does not turn or turns with effort
NB. Do not open the back cover of the concrete mixer with an electrical engine, before certifying that the power supply has been interrupted.
6.4 - Repairing
-» The repair of this machine should be done by qualified technicians in order to prevent any danger.
6.5 - Individual Protection Equipment
-» The operator of this machine should use gloves, eyeglasses and auricular protection.
7- MAINTENANCE
7.1 - Periodic maintenance
NB - Unplug the machine from the power supply before performing any maintenance operation.
-» Wash the drum daily with water (without pressure) and a brush to remove all remainings of the mixture. The water should be launched from
the top and it cannot reach the engine compartment.
CAUSE
Power supply interrupted
Lack of lubrication

RESOLUTION
Disconnect the machines plug and verify if there is
electrical current. Verify the existence of any damage
in the cable linking, the plug or the plug linking.
Place some oil drops in the yokes' rear socket.
Lubricate with mass the yokes' front socket.
