No power supply
In direct sunlight
Windows or doors open,
many people or heat source
in room
Dirty filter
Air inlet or air outlet blocked
Room temperature lower
than selected value
Unit stands uneven
The sound is caused by refri-
gerant circulating inside the
unit
Overheat protection probably
activated
Distance too great
Remote control signal not
detected by control panel
Batteries empty
Room temperature sensor
does not work
Reservoir is full
Solution
Connect to a functioning out-
let and switch on
Close curtains
Close doors and windows, or
place an extra air conditioner
Clean filter
Remove blockage
Change temperature selec-
tion
Place on even surface (less
vibrations)
This is normal
Wait 3 minutes until the tem-
perature has decreased, and
turn on the unit again
Make sure the remote control
is correctly aimed at the con-
trol panel < 5m
Replace the batteries
Replace the room tempera-
ture sensor (unit also works if
sensor is not replaced)
Empty the reservoir
