4 PIPELINE INSPECTION REEL
1. Push the top mounting plate into the reels top mounting
receptacle.
2. Now push the bottom of the backpack into the reel lining
up the male mounting post.
3. Push with the palm of the hand against the bottom of the backpack until it locks in
place. Give a slight tug to make sure that it is locked in place.
