Put the pipe (E) into the bottom of the pump and use the thread to lock it in

Mount the handle pump (D) to the top, using the three wood screws (G). Use
the pre-drilled holes for orientation.
Put the electric pump (H) into the large barrel (A), leading the mains cord out
of the barrel to a nearby outlet.
Step 4:
Connect the water pipe to the pump valve and immerse the pump in water
completely (fill the barrel at least half).
At last, connect the power cord to any household outlet. The pump should start
working after a short while.
