MANUAL DEFROSTING AND TANK CLEANING To always achieve the highest performance we recommend a manual defrosting when the frost layer on the refrigerating shelves or on the tank walls exceeds 5 mm thickness. Proceed as follows: 1) Remove the product and place it in a refrigerator at -18°C. 2) Remove the tank shelves (if present) and switch off the unit by pushing on main switch and unplug the unit directly. -
