REMINDER:
When moving, the cables have a retraction tension and the connection ring is always above the operator's head. However, it is normal for cables to have
some slack, especially over long spans.
Activation of the recovery system:
To activate the recovery system, remove the pin holding the rescue crank
oblong opening on the pinion engagement shaft and on the outer hub. When the crank is engaged, turn it clockwise to bring the victim back towards

.
Before each use, check that the components of the T-LINE system are free of cuts/cracks, burns, abrasion, any significant deformation, oxidation, tar,
cement, etc., which could affect their strength or function.
Visually check the condition of the secondary
the condition of the secondary cable
5
Check how the main
and secondary
cable outlet guides are not broken, cracked or deformed. Check that the crank pin is in place and that the crank is in good condition.
When in doubt, do not reuse the T-LINE system and/or return it to the manufacturer or to a competent person, authorised by the manufacturer. After a fall,
or if in doubt, the equipment should not be reused and should be marked 'OUT OF SERVICE' (see paragraph entitled 'INSPECTION').
Do not remove, add or replace any system component.
Chemicals: do not use the device in the event of contact with chemicals, solvents or fuels that could affect its operation.
OPERATING LIMITS: The operating limits indicated below are for standard equipment. It is sometimes possible to adapt the equipment for a specific
configuration. If you have any questions about this, contact KRATOS SAFETY or visit www.kratossafety.com.
Standard T-LINE operation:
The standard T-LINE configuration is used in the majority of installations and is compatible with all models, whether or not they have a built-in recovery
system.
The choice between T-LINE systems (12 m or 24 m) is based on the horizontal travel distance and the vertical working distance under the installation
as shown in the 2 tables below:
