The fryer is only intended for domestic use,
not for professional use.

OPERATION - Before first use
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues (see "Cleaning and maintenance").
ATTENTION: Never use solid fats (like blocks)
ATTENTION: Only use oil or liquid fats specifically suitable for frying
OPERATION - Overheating safeguard
This appliance is equipped with an overheating
safeguard. It will be activated when the appliance
is used without (sufficient) oil or liquid fat. When
activated, the appliance is switched off automatically
and you cannot use it again, unless it is being reset.
Follow these steps to reset the appliance:
1. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket.
2. Switch off the appliance by turning the On/Off -
temperature control dial completely to the left.
3. Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
4. Reset the appliance by pressing a nonmetal
pin against the reset switch in the hole at the
backside of the panel (see figure 2).
OPERATION - Placement of the handle
1. Please fit the ends of the handle into the eyes of the basket (3A + 3B).
2. Move the handle upwards and press it until it locks to the basket (3C).
3. The handle is placed correctly and is now ready for safe use.
