Unplug the sensor connector, the remote key connector switch
off the control box and switch it on again in order to reinitialise it.
Short-circuit on the order circuit leads to a disjunction of it. Check
the cables.
Fuse number 8 has blown.
Short-circuit in the power circuit (motor supply) or motor block.
If the LED N°8 is lit on, check the connection from the PLC to the
card.
Check the supply tension to the terminals + and - of the PLC
(12Vdc).
The small key at the bottom of the screen is normal: means PLC
locked. In no way, this key indicates a dysfunction of the
apparatus. The other turning symbol indicates that the PLC is
working.
The control box was shot by the storm: contact your retailer.
Plan to install a lightening arrester.
The motor is overload (l>10A), check the installation again, and
the size of the swimming-pool (6x12 max)
Check if a large quantity of blades might be filled up with water.
No programme loaded in the PLC. Contact your retailer.
One of the thermal fuses blows. Stop running the engine. Check
for short circuit, motor lockout.
