To transport the thread-cutting machine ROPOWER 50 R and the plastic welding machine
ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
Not suitable for transporting people, animals or hazardous substances!

Safety Notes
Ensure during assembly and dismantling, as well as use, that no body parts (e.g. hands, fingers,
etc.) are in the danger areas. Risk of crushing!
Changes which are in line with technical advances can be made by the manufacturer without
prior announcement and may not yet be mentioned in the operating manual.
Check the device before putting into operation for completeness and functionality.
Never operate a defective or dysfunctional device! Contact the manufacturer or have the device
checked by a qualified mechanic.

Never stand on the transport wagon.
Never transport people, animals or hazardous substances using the transport wagon!
Never exceed the maximum load capacity of the transport wagon!
Ensure that the transport wagon is loaded evenly.
Never use the device if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, medication or alcohol.
Only keep packaging parts (foils, plastic bags, polystyrene, etc.) in safekeeping at locations
where children, particularly infants, cannot gain access to them! Packaging parts are often a
source of unrecognisable dangers (e.g. risk of suffocation).

Assembly
Check the completeness of the packaging contents (see Fig. A)!
Lay the transport wagon (1) on a soft base upside down with the upper side underneath.
Remove 1 splint (3.1) and 1 washer (3.2) from the wheel axle
(3) and push 1 wheel (2) on the wheel axle up to the stop. The
washer (3.2) and splint (3.1) must be on the outside of the
wheel axle!
Push the wheel axle pre-mounted into the transport wagon and
mount the second wheel in an analogue fashion. The washer
(3.2) and splint (3.1) must be on the outside of the wheel ax-
le!
