Working with the receiver:
n Switch on the receiver with the On/Off
button (20).
n Set the required sensitivity.
The selected setting is indicated on the
display.
n Switch on/off the acoustic signal and/or
background light.
n Hold the receiver in the rotating laser
beam.
One of the following displays is indicated
depending on the position of the laser
beam:
a) Receiver too high
b) Receiver at laser beam level
c) Receiver too low
Note
To prevent interference by a third party, switch
the ALR to "Scan" operating mode and align
the beam with the receiver.
n Set the receiver exactly at the level
of the laser beam and mark.
n On completion of the work switch off
the receiver.

Checking precision
Caution!
The power tool may be adjusted
by authorised technicians only.
n Place the power tool 10 m from a wall.
n Switch on the power tool.
Operating mode: rotating laser beam.
n Mark the position of the laser beam (X)
on the wall.
n Rotate the power tool by 180°
(tripod recommended).
n Mark the position of the laser beam (Y)
on the wall.
The centre between the two marks (X) and
(Y) is the correct value from which the two
marks must not deviate by more than 2 mm/
10 m.
n To check the precision, rotate the power
tool by 90° and repeat the entire
process.
Rotational laser
