Settings menu
The settings menu gives you access to extra functions that are useful for setting various
parameters and rectifying any problems that may arise. You can also use this menu to reset h1
Tonic to its factory default settings. The following submenus are available:
Status – displays current temperature and time.
Time – sets clock.
Language – changes language setting.
Display – adjusts brightness of display and delay before screen goes into sleep mode.
Service – additional parameter settings.
Locking the Panel
The panel can be locked so that unauthorized persons can't change the settings by pressing
the Home (11) and Back (10) buttons together for about 2 seconds. A key symbol appears in
the status bar. To unlock the panel press again the Home and Back buttons simultaneously for
about 2 seconds.
Status
Shows time and temperature in the same format as on the basic menu (fig. 1) even if the unit is
switched off.
Set clock
Set the current time by adjusting each figure up or down with the arrow keys (6 and 9).
Confirm with OK.
Language
Select the desired language by moving up and down with the arrows. Confirm with OK.
Display
Sleep – Set how many seconds are to elapse before the screen goes into sleep mode.
Automatic key-lock
– Enter whether or not the automatic key-lock is to be activated
(current status is displayed) and the length of time before the key-lock is activated.
Vibration
Here you can choose whether or not you wish the panel to vibrate slightly when a button is
pressed.
