Step 3:
• Insert both Rubber bushings (30) into Central post (13).
• Fix both Swing bars (21L/R) to Central post (13) with Bolts (8), Spring Washers (9) and Washers (26)
by Wrench (A). Then attach End caps (25) on Swing bars (21L/R).
• Remove Bolts (8), Spring washers (9) and Washers (109) from both Roller arms (39) by Wrench (A).
• Attach Roller arms (39) to Pedal arms (36L/R) with Bolts (8), Spring washers (9) and Washers (109
by Wrench (A).
