Input configurations
Single-ended connections
A single-ended connection is applicable when the analog input signal is
referenced to a ground and can be shared with other analog input signals. There
are two different types of single-ended connections, which are RSE and NRSE
configuration.
– Referenced Single-Ended (RSE) mode
In referenced single-ended mode, all the input signals are connected to the
ground provided by the U2300A series DAQ and suitable for connections with
floating signal sources. The following figure illustrates the RSE mode.
