• Connect plug to a wall socket 10/16A fitted with a ground connection.
• Ensure that the electrical connection is protected against water splashing.
• When operating outdoors, the electrical connections must be splash-proof; they must not lay
in water.
• Extension cables up to 25m long must have a minimum cross-section of 1.5mm². Mains fuse
protection is 16 A maximum. Cable drum must be completely unwound.
Installing pressure gauge (not provided)
• If the user wish to install a pressure gauge, it should be installed into the water filling port
(3).
4.3- Switch On/Off
Start up
• NOTE! Filling the pump with water is necessary only if the pump has been drained, or if all
the water is absent (such as newly installed).
• Unscrew the protective cap of water filling port (3) and completely fill the pump body with
water. Close the cap when it is done.
• Connect the pump to the main electricity. Make sure that the electric connections are well
sealed and that the power cable has not been damaged during installation.
Shut down
• Close the control valve on the pressure line before
powering off the pump. It will prevent
hammering.
• If the pump will remain inactive for a long period
of time, all the water in the pump body should be
emptied with using the drain port. Slightly tilt the
pump to facilitate drainage. (See Fig. 3)
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
This electric pump is intended for domestic use only, such as gardening, irrigation... etc. This is
suitable for pumping clear water, but not for drinking water or water for aquatic lifes. The pump
is not intended for artisanal, commercial, professional and / or industrial use.
5.2- Operation
Operation modes
1) STOP mode
• The pump enters to STOP mode when it is powered on. The LED display shows "POWER
ON".
• Press "MODE" button once to enter AUTOMATIC mode.
