Causes
The temperature

compared to the
set minimum tem-
perature on the
pump.
The set minimum
flow has priority
over the set mini-
mum temperature
and is preventing
the pump from
running more
slowly
The piping is par-
tially or completely
blocked
Piping is under-
sized
Taps opened
Cold water flowing
into the circulation
pipe
The pump's self-
learning phase
(24 hours of
uninterrupted
operation) was
not observed
Remedy
Adjust the settings of the heat
generator and pump to match
Check the set minimum flow
Open valves in the piping
Change piping design
Close taps and check if the pump
reaches the minimum flow then
Install non-return valves
Activate thermal disinfection and
observe the self-learning phase
