MATERIALS
A 1 Crossbar
B 6 M10 x 35 x 1.5 HT bolts, 8 x M10 lock washers, 8 x flat washers (25o/d) and 2 x M10 x 1.5 nuts
C 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 bolts with M12 x 1.75 flange nuts
D 1 LH side arm
E 1 RH side arm
F 2 M12 x 35 x 1.75 HT, lock washers, flat washers (25o/d) and Witter cage nuts and retainers
ZE 1 Electric plate
ZN 1 Neck
FITTING
Remove three screws in each wheel arch and four along the edge of the bumper. Remove the two push in clips from

bottom of bumper. Remove the bumper by pulling it outwards. Detach parking sensor plug if fitted.
Remove the bumper beam by removing the two bolts and one nut from each side (Return this to the customer).

Place the side arms (D&E), with assembled cage nuts, into the relevant open ends of the chassis and fit bolts (B & F).

4. Attach the crossbar (A) to the side arms using bolts (C).
Assemble the chosen neck (ZN) and chosen electrical plate bracket (ZE) using supplied fasteners.

Fully tighten all fasteners.
6.
Refit the bumper having made the required bumper cut, shown below.
7.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
