MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
C 2 Side Bracket Assembly
D 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, 30mm Flat Washers, M12 Square Nuts & Retainers.
E 4 Existing M10 Crash Beam Nuts
F 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts, 30mm Flat Washers and Flange Nuts.
ZE 1 Electrical Plate Bracket (ZEQ4)
ZP 1 Flip-Up Electrical Plate Kit (Z99)
This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball, which dimensionally
conforms to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8-35Nm
FITTING
To remove bumper, open boot and remove rear lights 2 torx screws each side and pull rearward. Unscrew bulb holders

and store lights safely. In boot unclip rear plastic boot panel.
On the underside of vehicle remove two plastic bumper tags and 3 arch screws each side. The bumper is ready for

removal, pull bumper out from the tips and remove carefully.
Remove crash beam by undoing 3 nuts each side, keep these as they will be reused. You will have to unclip a loom and

secure accordingly once the main crossbar is fitted.
On brackets (C) insert cage nuts and retainers as per separate fitting instruction. Insert Side Brackets (C) into open

ends of chassis rails so that holes (E) are located over the Inner Bumper Beam studs.
Loosely secure side brackets using fasteners (D) and existing nuts (E)

6. Assemble Cross Bar (A) to Side Brackets (C) using fasteners (F).
Assemble the chosen Tow ball Neck (ZF, ZQ or ZQF), Electrical Plate Bracket (ZE) and Flip-Up Electrical Plate Kit
7.
(EP) to Cross Bar (A) using fasteners from the Neck kit.
8. Fully Tighten all Fasteners
Cut bumper as shown and re-fit. Note: 2 cuts shown, electrical flip up or crossbar cut only.
