MOUNT PLATE FOR "GLACIER-II" PLOW FRAME
KIT PN 2876151
MOUNT PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
(600, 700, AND 800 SPORTSMAN MODELS)
1. Remove and discard the two existing bolts
retaining the lower part of the skid plate to
frame.
2. Position the
(2) M12 X 30mm
and the plates with square holes
(2)
illustrated.
3. Use a floor jack to support the mount plate
to the frame of the ATV.
4. Position and fasten the front part of the
mount plate to frame using
nylock nuts (finger tighten only).
5. Fasten the rear part of the mount plate
frame using a
M10 X 25mm
M10 I.D. X 25mm O.D. X 4mm
and a nylock nut
M10
only).
6. Fasten the middle part of the mount plate
to frame using the
tapping screws .
7. Secure all bolts and nuts.
IMPORTANT : Re-torque all bolts and
nuts after first 1/2 hour of use.
