MOUNT PLATE FOR "GLACIER-II" PLOW FRAME
KIT PN 2876151
MOUNT PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
(400, 450, 500, AND ALL X2 SPORTSMAN MODELS)
1. Remove the two existing bolts retaining the
lower part of the skid plate to frame.
2. Fasten the mounting bracket
frame using the two existing bolts removed
in step 1.
3. Position the
(2) M12 X 30mm
and the plates with square holes
(2)
illustrated.
4. Use a floor jack to support the mount plate
to the frame of the ATV.
5. Position and fasten the front part of the
mount plate to frame using
nylock nuts (finger tighten only).
6. Fasten the rear part of the mount plate
frame using a
M10 X 25mm
a
M10 I.D. X 25mm O.D. X 4mm
a nylock nut (finger tighten only).

7. Fasten the middle part of the mount plate
to the mounting bracket
hex bolts
M8 X 25mm
flat washers
16mm O.D. X 1.6mm
nylock nuts .
(2) M8
8. Secure all bolts and nuts.
IMPORTANT : Re-torque all bolts and
nuts after first 1/2 hour of use.
