The cables for the outputs AUX1-4 can be wired the
same way as those for the output groups L-R and
MONO.
The only difference is, that the AUX-sends are
equipped with 6.3 mm jacks.
So for these mixer outputs 6.3 mm stereo-plugs are
used instead of the female XLR-connectors.
The wiring of the connectors is shown in the diagram
on the right.
POWER SUPPLY UNIT
All supply voltages for the mixer (2x15V and the +48V
phantom voltage) are delivered by a special external
power supply unit.
For safety reasons this unit has to be connected to the
230V AC outlet via a 3 pole SCHUKO-cable with earth-
terminal.
If the SCHUKO-earth causes problems with ground
loops, it can be separated from the signal ground by
setting the GROUNDLIFT switch on the rear side of the
supply to the position LIFT.
The unit is equipped with a 5 pole supply cable, which
has to be connected to the DC-input socket of the
mixer.

AC-Fuse Replacement: The 230V AC-fuse is
integrated into the SCHUKO inlet socket.
After removing the SCHUKO-cable from the socket (5)
the fuse compartment can be pulled out.
The fuse may only be replaced by a spare-fuse of
exactly the same type (0.5A/250V).
In addition the transformer is protected by 3 secondary
fuses, which are placed on the supply- PCB.
ATTENTION:
Do not operate this power supply inside the flightcase, as sufficient ventilation has to be ensured.
To prevent electric shock do not remove cover. No user-servicable parts inside. Leave servicing to
qualified personnel.
