Wear suitable gloves to reduce the effects of vibration.

DO NOT use this tool before consulting a physician if one of the
following applies:

Pregnant
b.
Impaired blood circulation to
the hands
c.
Past hand injuries

Grip tool as lightly as possible (while still keeping safe control of it).
Let the tool do the work.

If abnormal vibration occurs, stop using tool immediately.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace
the missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in
a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for
damage. Make sure that all items in the contents are included.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
1.
Disconnect the air source before changing the pads or the disc
pad.
2.
The applicator and polishing pads (#27) have a hook and loop
backing. Line up and center the foam pad and press it onto the
disc pad (#26). Gently rub your hand over the pad's surface to
ensure the entire pad is affixed.
3.
Remove the disc pad by first placing the wrench (#28) over the
spindles (#19) flats. Holding the spindle in place, grasp the disc pad
and unscrew counterclockwise until separates from the polisher.
4.
Install a new disc pad in the same manner as step 3, but twist
clockwise until the disc pad is secure.
