CENTERING THE GRINDING WHEEL BY POSITIONING THE VISE ASSEMBLY
The grinder works best when the grinding wheel is centered over the vise
NOTE: You will need to re-center the grinding wheel as it wears Periodically
check that the grinding wheel is centered and adjust as necessary
Turn the vise so that the "0" reference mark is on 0°
Rotate the entire motor unit (A) until
the "0" reference mark on the edge of
the arm is positioned at 90° (13)
Rotate the locking pin (8) clockwise
to release the motor unit (A)
Place a straight edge, like a ruler, in the vise
jaws (16) to the right of the motor unit Pull
the vise handle (15) to the right to tighten
Pull the motor unit downwards using handle (E)
and see if the ruler lines up with the guard securing
screw (F) that holds the arbor shield (H) in place
