Install outside cylinder (if applicable)
7a Insert key halfway into the cylinder.
7b Install the cylinder with cylinder spring as shown.
7c Rotate cylinder clockwise.

Install inside spring cage and mounting plate

Install INSIDE indicator trim
Steps 9a – 9d for INDICATOR TRIM ONLY
FOR NON-INDICATOR INSIDE TRIM, SKIP TO STEP 10
9a For cylinder indicator trim ONLY: Adjust the cam
spindle length.
Cut the spindle at the appropriate mark
according to door thickness.
For 2Z\v" door do not cut the spindle.
9b Assemble the escutcheon mounting plate, indicator slide
and cam as shown.
