Troubleshooting
Problem
The device does
not work.
The device
operates at
reduced power
Water is leaking.
Excessive noise.
Network connection

Control
Please check the power
connection.
Check that the water level
indicator is lit. The display
shows

Check if the room temperature
is too high / too low
Check the air filter for dirt.
Check whether the air outlet is
blocked.
Check whether the door or
window of the room is open.
Check if the desired mode is
selected and that the
temperature is set correctly.
The exhaust hose is
disconnected.
Overflow when moving the
unit.
Check whether the drain hose
is bent or kinked.
Check that the unit is securely
positioned.
Check for loose, vibrating
parts.
Noise sounds like water
flowing.
Please check your network
connection
Please check if the device is
connected to the power.
Please check your network
connection.
Communication error between
E0
motherboard and display
board.
Ambient temperature sensor
E1
failure.

Coil temperature sensor error.
Water tank full.
Beware!
Do not touch the surface of the evaporator
with your bare hand as this may cause injury
to fingers.
Solution
Please plug the mains cable
firmly into the socket.
Please empty the water tank.
(see section "Error codes")
The operating temperature
range is 5-35℃.
Please clean the air filter if
necessary.
Remove the blockage.
Keep the doors and windows
closed.
Set the mode and temperature
to the correct setpoint according
to the instructions.
Please make sure that the
exhaust hose is not stuck.
Please empty the water tank
before transport.
Please align the hose to avoid
the presence of an obstacle.
Please place the unit on a level
and solid floor.
Secure and tighten the parts.
Noise is caused by the flowing
refrigerant. This is normal.
Switch off the device, disconnect
the power plug and reconnect it
after 10 seconds. Please start a
new connection attempt.
Please hold the timer button for 3
seconds.
