Wind the belt (11) around the upper pulley (6).
Assemble the guard (12) fastening it in place using the two
screws (13) and the relative nuts (13a).
Pre-assemble the tightener inserting the pin (14) in the hole
in the pulley bearing (15) on the opposite side to the Seeger
ring that retains the pulley bearing.
Fit this ensemble on the lever (16), and fasten in place
using the screw (17) and the washer (18) and the nut (19)
with a tightening torque of 20-25 Nm.
Fit the belt guide (21) with the spring (22) in the sequence
given, making sure the nut (23) is screwed in so that the
thread protrudes by about 2 mm.
Remove the right and left protection grids (24) each se-
cured by two screws (25).
Undo the two screws (26) and fit the plate (27) using the
same screws (26) with a tightening torque of 20-25 Nm.

Assemble the adjuster (28) leaving the two nuts loose.
