2. ASSEMBLING THE LIFTING MODULE
NOTE - The required fittings are contained in the bags
marked with a letter (
«A» - «B» - «C» - «D»).
NOTE - If the simultaneous installation of the PTO is fore-
seen, before going any further, it is advisable to perform
the pre-assembly of all the components on the work bench,
following the instructions provided in Chap. 3.
Tool Bag «A»
▶ for NJ: fit the two spacer bars (2) on the sides of the
lifting module frame (1) and tighten in place using the
screws (3).
To ease the assembly of the module on the machine, loosen
the three right side screws (4) and the large screw (5).
Approach the lifting module side brackets (1) to the frame
beams (6) and push in the module as far as it will go.
Fasten the lower section of the module (1) to the lower sec-
tion of the frame (6) using:
▶ for NJ: two screws (7) and relative nuts (8), placing
the washer (9) between the frame and the module, with-
out tightening them;
▶ for TC - TS - TX: two screws (7) and relative nuts (8),
without tightening them.
Fit the two plates (10), fasten in place with the screws (11)
and nuts (12)..
Check correct assembly of all parts before tightening:
– the 3 screws (4) to 20-25 Nm;
– the screw (5) to 70-80 Nm;
– the 2 screws (7) to 20-25 Nm;
– the 4 screws (12) to 20-25 Nm.
